Cherie Melhberg and Abraham Lubofsky were married in June 1933.

Abraham changed his name to Alfred Lambert while on service in WW2. Cherie was the second eldest of four daughters to Jacob and Milly Melhberg.

On the right of the photo is the third sister, Norma Melhberg who later married Nathaniel Zucker.

On the far left is the youngest sister, Edith Mehlberg who married Isaac Freedman. Edith recently celebrated her 103rd birthday.

The young girl in the front is Jean Craps, the daughter of the eldest sister, Betty.
