were married on the 19 June 1930 in the Great Garden Street Synagogue in Whitechapel with the reception at La Boheme Ballrooms on the Mile End Rd. Jean was born in Shidlovtsa, Poland in 1908 & David in the UK in 1909. Before their marriage, Jean was a dressmaker working from her home in Cable St while David, who lived in Lucas St, was a foreman in a tailoring factory.
